1. No Refunds: All bookings are final. Once you have booked and payment has been made, there are no refunds or cancellations available.
2. Payment: Payment is required at the time of booking.
3. Restrictions: You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. For basic: 12 years with parental or guardian registration and attend the class. All other classes 21 years and older.
4. Liability: GK1TV CCW firearms training is not liable for any injury or damage caused by the use of our services.
5. Amendments: GK1TV CCW firearms training reserves the right to change or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
6. The signer certifies to GK1TV that he or she has read, understands, and obeys the Washoe County Sheriff’s Office requirements and eligibility, Nevada State Laws, and Federal Laws regarding firearms.
7. GK1TV provides educational classes. GK1TV does not provide any legal, medical, or psychological advice.
8. GK1TV has the right to refuse service to anyone who is disrespectful or disruptive.
